University, local supermarkets (Morrisons, Aldi, and other local shops) and schools are all close by and within walking distance. Built in wardrobe. The bathrooms and kitchen are shared. I am looking for a female who is planning to rent long term as my wife covers in front of men. No couples. No pets. Bills included (gas, water, electricity and council tax).
